COLLETT

Dionne Collett, an expert and leader in marketing and public relations, founded Take Note Reputation Management in 2007, after having served as the Marketing Manager for one of Southern Africa’s leading hospitality companies.
Dionne is recognized for her knowledge and professionalism across a broad spectrum of industries, as reflected in Take Notes past and present clients, as well her contribution to the Public Relations Industry as a past Chairperson of the KZN Chapter of PRISA.
Delivering innovative, results driven, solutions to a Brand’s Reputation, has become the hallmark of Take Notes service under the guidance of Dionne.

ARTHUR
COLLETT

Arthur’s Reputation Management career has been built off a solid hospitality base, where he has extensive experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry, having been involved in operations across Southern Africa, including Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe as well as overseeing the development, launching, opening and marketing of new properties and projects.
Arthur’s eye for detail and love of research, are well suited to delivering relevant reputation management strategies and communication plans across all platforms. His background in hospitality ensures that service delivery is key.

AYANDA
PHAKATHI

Ayanda focuses on Inbound and Outbound Marketing, communication and brand integrity.  With experience in retail, brand management, communications and relationship management she enjoys working with people and solving problems in creative, “boundary pushing” ways. Her curious mind and great communications skills helps her deliver strategic and effective reputation engineering.

Her expertise lie in reputation management, social media management, brand management, campaign management and public relations.

TOWNEND

A copywriter with content creation, as a personal driver. Adept at composing well written copy on thought leadership, opinion pieces, media releases, digital content and social media. With an innate passion for research and a natural flair for collaboration, a simple concept or thought can be brought into a full and colourful life. Drawing inspiration from the team, to deliver on imaginative and strategic campaigns with big picture vision and attention to the finest details of spelling and grammar.

ROOTMAN

Maggi is a corporate accounting professional with a wide range of experience and is particularly adept at the implementation and management of accounting systems and procedures.

Maggi focuses on communicating effectively, to build relationships both internally and externally and to develop strategic partnerships and provide advice at all levels of management.
